Looks like Ali needs to go. Its just resume padding for her, pathetic.
There are 20 Trustees (a significant majority of the entire Board) who have voted "Aye" on every single proposal - without a single dissent from even 1 of them on even 1 proposal. A total of 3,705 votes - every one "Aye". During a time when things were not exactly all going superbly well.
That is a far bigger problem, IMO, than someone who doesn't show up (not that "not showing up" is a good thing).
To each their own, but that doesn't sound like "Best Practices Governance" to me.
