AKB…. What do you guys/gals predict will be night games for the fall? Right now I am betting the UCLA game will be under the lights.

Given the schedule for 11/9, I think there’s a decent chance NBC picks us and UDubs. USC is off and UCLA hosts Iowa and Oregon is at the Twerps.

We play @USC the same day OSU plays @Oregon....
It's not like us lowlifes will ever know the exact way the networks make these decisions. But that weekend should be interesting as to which gets BigNoon and which gets B1G Saturday Night. (Maybe CBS being a full partner now takes one at 3:30.)

My guess, based on nothing whatsoever, is Oct. 5th vs. UCLA will be homecoming simply because it's the only home game in October. It would be a great atmosphere if it was also the white out but the networks would need to cooperate. Other conference games that day are...
  • Michigan @ Washington
  • Indiana @ NW
  • USC @ Minnesota
  • Rutgers @ Nebraska
  • Purdue @ Wisconsin
  • MSU @ Oregon
  • Iowa @ OSU
  • Idle - Maryland, Illinois
Unless the networks swap time slots, Michigan @ Washington won't be Big Noon due to what would be a 9:00AM local kickoff. If no swapping occurs, I could see UM/UDub being NBC prime time. So my totally uninformed prediction for Oct. 5 is....
  • Fox Big Noon - Iowa @ Ohio State
  • CBS 3:30 - UCLA @ PSU - Sorry, no white out
  • NBC Prime time - Michigan @ Washington
