Don't be fooled by Laurel's record. Their non-district schedule was brutal.

The Oak Grove/Brandon semifinal was entertaining. I would expect another high scoring game with Starkville.

I expect West Jones to win 6A. Not sure about the other two matchups.

I think the OG defense may be suspect. Nothing wrong with their offense, but I think Starkville wins 2nd title in a row.

Agree. Grenada will be tough though. Never expected 42-13 v Picayune. I get their top 2 RBs were out, but when you give up 42 points in 3 quarters to WJ offense, it wouldn't have mattered. WJ starting defense is giving up only 3 points per game.

Also picking West Point and Louisville in 5A and 4A, although 4A game could be a great game.

You ain't lying. One of the best games (in any sport) I've seen in quite a while. In fact, there were a few Oak Grove games this season that left everyone with their mouths hanging open. That's the most talent on one high school team I've seen in MS for quite a while. When they play sound football, nobody in our state can beat them.

Louisville is REALLY good. They defeated both Starkville and West Point this year.
