Huge get! Now - and this is just like that kid at Christmas time who has a mountain of presents under the tree, but wants the toy his brother just got, but - if we ALSO can somehow nab the OTHER top OT prospect we're strong on, in Josiah Thompson out of Dillon who online sources say we're 100% on, that would make our OL take large strides forward.......
His coach cautioned him that this wasn’t like signing at the early signing period and then enrolling a few weeks later. Told him if he was committing this early then he needed to be absolutely sure. Sad his recruitment would be over once he announced his commitment.
Bring them in. This program is stepping up. I feel it in my bones. Now I’d love to see a top flight running back come into the fold. A running back along the lines of Marcus Lattimore or Tank Bigsby to run behind the ol that is shaping up. I think Coach Beamer and his staff are upgrading the roster to make us competitive with the upper echelon of the SEC.
How is this a "get"? It's for 2024, and has he signed anything that commits him to enrolling in 2024?
It’s better than him committing elsewhere. I think everyone realizes he isn’t signed. But it’s always a good thing to have the Top OT in the country to commit. We’re in a good spot. Had he committed elsewhere, all hell would be breaking loose.
I was thinking the same thing. I wish it truly meant something. Odds are if he stays a highly ranked recruit, someone will get in his or his family’s ear and NIL money will change his mind
Florida will be a huge presence until he signs. Hopefully the UF fanbase continues to be sour on Napier, that will pay a role in Florida's chances to pull Pringle away from us, unless they have a huge surge next season, which momentum for their program doesn't look pointed that way right now...

I understand the skepticism surrounding verbal commitments, but, dadgum, some of y’all need to up your dosage of Pamprin.

Hey I'm glad we're at the top of his list (as long as our AD and boosters treat him right for the next year). Maybe if he can help talk others into coming here it will be a net win.

I would have gone with a titanium alloy, since depleted uranium has no structural application.
