Propose a new rule, to combat the bots posting ads

Lot of bots posted ads overnight.

i propose a new rule that newly created accounts can't post for two weeks after creating the account. That would cut down in a lot of the bot ads. One bumped a thread from 13 years ago this morning to spam a life insurance ad. Another bumped one from April to spam an online game ad.

That was about the time dawgstudent was involved in the "Rumble @ The Vet School Challenge" and the bot picked up on the seriousness, violence and life threatening circumstances of that situation
