These Student Fee Boards, led by students, for students, assess funding proposals submitted by various units and student governments before allocating funds.

Over the course of the fall semester, the Student Fee Boards have worked to assess existing challenges, anticipate future needs, and pass key resolutions to fortify the fee boards. Three key resolutions have been proposed and adopted:“

This passage struck me:

".......This transition will allow the University Park Fee Board to address existing operational deficits.........

"Existing operational deficits!?!" How the fu@ck does that happen? PSU gives the Board a certain amount of money and the Board allocates that money to student organizations/activities. How can it give out more money than it has? But my shock soon subsided when I read the next sentence:

"Both Student Fee Boards will be better prepared to anticipate future challenges and align with the University’s financial approach." And there, ladies and gentlemen, you have it: what's good for the goose is good for those getting goosed.

Normally here is where I would post a stupid nonsensical comment where I would defend and explain incompetency. Unfortunately they beat me to it.
