What is the current status of any state of PA or PSU regs regarding ticket resales? Are there still scalping laws? If you sell somehow through PSU, are you capped at what you can ask for? Any recommendations on how to get rid of extra tickets for the best price? I'm sure some here have done so before and will have a quick answer. Thanks in advance.
