Has anyone given any thought about our APR in basketball since the departures in the last 2 years? A program is penalized a point for every transfer (if academically eligible), and 2 points for every player that transfers that is not academically eligible. Very reliable source says that Turmer has a gpa below 2.00, and has been asked to transfer. That would be -2 pts., Hans -1, The Delks -2, Goodridge -1, and Rimmer -1, for a total of -7 pts in 2 years. Is there a magic number that a program has to reach before they lose scholarships? If so, what is it, because we definitely have got to be close or well above it?

I have heard that is one reason why they might not recruit for the one open basketball scholarship this year. Because we could possibly lose it next year.
