question for Tom McAndrew, or Nate, or ON3 person

Guys, this just came up to me, and put it in a post per Ryan's Lions Den 2023 thread, in that it spoke about Georgia and Rojas. Can you shed any light? It's about ON3 (or equivalent) policy and appropriating a living person's name.

In this case, the On3 Georgia Bulldogs forum, the actual Herschel Walker. (or Not?) My question is, as I ask, could someone really join On3, BWI, use the name like, Saquon Barkley, including the avatar? No note that's it snot the 'real' Saquon. That would seem, from the outside, risky per legal appropration of someone else's name? Or just bad ethics. Or neither? If it isn't the Hershel W., and he became aware of it...wouldn't On3 be vulnerable to litigation - or no?

"Hershel Walker" joined the On3 Dawgs forum, in Aug. 2021, has 73 posts. His latest one addressed Rojas, and how he felt as a GA priority per his coming official....

This is just an idle guess on my part, but since he’s not making $$$ from this, it’s not illegal. On the old board there was someone using the handle Cefalo78 who actually pretended to be Jimmy Cefalo. He got busted when he cited the wrong quarterback to throw a TD pass to him in the Super Bowl. He was a very pleasant poster, actually, harmless, but he pretty much stopped posting once his cover was blown.

Less of a guess is that the poster could be banned for using a name not his own.
