Rattler’s inability to run when the OL breaks down (which was often)

Gives the defense a huge advantage. Most teams now even in the NFL has a QB that can move the chain with his legs.

What Rattler did was amazing for the protection he had. Not his fault. Sure there’s a play here and there….but u can put this one on the oline period.
There was a lot that went wrong in this game. Almost nothing went right. Rattler is the the thing that went right. Nobody with a brain cell could possibly blame Rattler for anything that happened last night. The OL line didn’t break down, it never even started.

I think he got better as the game went on. Early on he could have taken off for some pretty big yards but he didn't. That started to change somewhat in the second half. I think he was just as shocked at the line's collapse as the rest of us.

It is so disappointing to be back in this situation (poor line play) so quickly after improving last year. smdh

lol

Our OL did not break down so much as it instantly collapsed like wet crepe paper. It offered absolutely no resistance at all.

And, another giant lol to the “he needs to throw it away to avoid sacks.” Stupid. The majority of the sacks last night he had no chance on. It would’ve been a miracle if he could’ve thrown the ball away. Besides that he avoided numerous other potential sacks.

Rattler was given about a 0% chance to succeed last night, but he still managed to complete 73% of his passes, throw for over 300 yards and zero interceptions.

compared to the rest of the offense, it was downright heroic.

Giant LOL all you want to. I said Rattler played very well. I don’t care how fast a pocket collapses, the NFL will expect him to unload the ball and to not take 9 sacks. Rattler has a strong enough arm to throw it 10 yards over the head of a receiver on the sideline.

Rattler played well. What he will need to improve on for the NFL is throwing it away to avoid the sack.
He probably would throw it away if there was an inch of an escape route. Got to be outside the tackles and Lord knows there was no way to get there much of the time

Start the 4 Star freshmen and let them develop. Tired of sloth footed lineman who put forth what appears to be lackluster effort.
