For vanity reasons, would have loved for him to go higher in the draft, but New Orleans may have been the perfect landing spot for him. He'll enter the season as the backup, most likely at this point...general sentiment is he has passed Haener, but we'll see. But fans aren't high on Carr and he hasn't lived up to his giant contract yet. If Rattler keeps it up, he could get a shot at starting sooner rather than later.

What he did over his last 15 games, especially with the pressure he was under the last 12, should've never fallen to the 5th round.
