RBY graduates and displays some shiny hardware

The students all rent their graduation gowns. Because it's challenging to try and get pics at famous spots on campus on graduation weekend (the lines are crazy long), the students graduating in May generally can be seen all around campus in their gowns on warm, sunny days in April, getting pics at PSU landmarks.

Forgone conclusion... but you certainly got me on the technicality. RBY said in a recent article that he was graduating in May.

Per other outlets he’s looking at moving on to MMA.

The last report I heard, & personally don’t know, but a NIL dealing is moving forward that would keep him at PSU for one more year. Take second or third hand information for what it’s worth. I don’t claim to have any inside sources, but certainly hope that this is good intel.

Talked with Nick Lee and Carter Starocci yesterday at a Success with Honor event. Both told me that RBY is in Hawaii training for MMA. Still no word on his possible NIL deal to come back for another year to wrestle.

Cross training in Hawaii, that should work to stay in amazing shape, build great strength and clear the mind after the college grind. If he comes back, he should have a very Snyder-like year and between now and then, he should spend as little or as much time in SC as he wants. Go find out what full time MMA is really like. Find out what full time freestyle training is really like. He knows where he stands rolling with Gilman. It is one thing to talk about this stuff, I am sure quite another to actually go do it.

RBY has worked his *** off to maximize his God given skills. Now he has the world by the ***.......good for him.
