his last day as AD was Monday and this is amazing.

For the 07-08 school year, 19 of LSU's 20 sports made the NCAA postseason. The only one that did not was men's basketball.

LSU should compete every year for a national championship in every sport! They are the only major program in that state, plus the can run unmolested across the panhandle of Florida, Alabama and Texas. You throw in the scene at Baton Rouge ( thinking as an 18 yr old might), then N.O. only 45 minutes away? Plus the facilities, the money and the absolute lunacy those fans have....Thank God there too damn drunk to realize it!

While LSU has a lot going for them, I doubt a single recruit worth a crap goes "unmolested" in those states. You are talking recruiting, right?

they are superior, in part, because most schools don't care about that sport.

That's what I hear when people diminish our accomplishments of the 70s and 80s in baseball so that's what I'll use to diminish their accomplishments.
