Not many donors were interested in funding Beamers buyout just to have Tanner making the next hire.
That defense didn't look average to me. We scored one touchdown and a total of 14 points outside of the 21 points created by our defense in the first quarter. Their defense is good. Their offense sucks. Much like our team.
Like you imply, our offense sucks. I'm not sure how good the OU defense is, they got torched by Texas.
It says something unflattering when losing to us is cause for other fan bases to burn things down.
