Wick beats Nolf ..goes to show..as great as Nolf and even Bo are..if you're not doing this for a living..gonna be tough to come back and beat guys like wick and Cardenes..
Prime Nolf..this would have been "next topic"
I tried signing up. Got everything done. Got confirming emails. Listened to the terrible press conference. Then, could not see the wrestling. No help from tech support. After one AI chat and 2 human chats I got fox nation and fox one canceled. I gather there will be no play by play!?Any chance they cancel this halfway through the card?
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a gut wrench turned into a fall like that. Seemed kinda sus tbh.Real Woods up 10 - 3 then the fall and more importantly (to me at least) he did not get hurt before Zagreb.
The people thinking this was an interesting matchup had to have been on something.Dake with an 11-0 tech over Hamiti. The funniest part was Hamiti's contact came out and everyone waits for him to put it back in - without stopping the clock.
how much does it cost?
"."Can we quote you on that?
Fox Nation announcers said Holly was Kennedy’s training partner. Was there. Fun event and front row floor were $70. Hard to beat that.
Nolf was cooked and looked like he'd been doing BJJ and not wrestling. Bo looked stiff but extremely technicL. Both are obviously still supreme athletes, but they didn't look like they did when wrestling for PSU.
The most impressive thing BY FAR was a 43 to Holly Holm coming out after retiring from UFC and not doing any grappling for seven months and putting on one hell of a show. She absolutely had no idea what she was doing but was awesome. No idea why the other woman kept tying her up and letting her use her strength. Holm's footwork was weird, her hand feints and movement were downright funny, and she clearly had no idea how to shoot. Amazing she could do what she did on short notice and not even knowing what she was doing. Impressive.
We were in the Grey corner. After the first period, the woman came back and said, "man she's strong." Holly's a beast.

I’m not sure I’m following the money grab logic? Someone is spending a great deal of money to produce these, hoping the losses lead to future gains. At least that’s how I’m seeing it. The production value of the event was way outside of what we typically see with wrestling. Who’s money are they grabbing?Poor man’s all star classic (which I am pretty sure was a very easy ticket, on the order of $25). Same day as a home football game. Probably hoping for a noon kick and enough people to stick around for wrestling. I’d pay more to watch the RAF executive strategy sessions than these glorified exhibition matches. “Grow the sport” LMFAO. It’s a shameless short-term money grab.
Somebody probably losing money but I reckon a whole bunch of people involved with no skin in it happily getting paid for their services while pretending this is a legit “grow the sport” initiative.I’m not sure I’m following the money grab logic? If the belts are real -- meaning they'll be defended at each event -- then we know half of the card. Just need to ID the challengers. All the info that's out at the moment is here:

I think they already teased Parris vs Hendrickson. But Willlie spoke on Basch & the Brain of not making every bout a title bout moving forward—they want to develop contender storylines too. So maybe we’ll get Kerk vs Parris. If the belts are real -- meaning they'll be defended at each event -- then we know half of the card. Just need to ID the challengers.
I'd like to see Kerk vs Hendrickson.
I dont know why you keep shiting on this? Did you watch the first one? I thought it went pretty good. Most of the wrestlers interviewed repeatedly said they were thankful for actually making some money for their wrestling. That should boost interest from other wrestlers. Who knows if it will work long term or not. I hope it does. No reasonable person could blame a new company for wanting to try and stack the deck in their favor. Having the 2nd event at the current hot bed of wrestling, hopefully right after a home football game. I'll probably be in attendance.Poor man’s all star classic (which I am pretty sure was a very easy ticket, on the order of $25). Same day as a home football game.
