Reasons to hope vs A&M?

Basically the same as we had against Mizzou. All their wins so far have come against lousy teams: New Mexico, La Monroe, Arkansas and Auburn. They got shellacked by Miami and then lost close ones to Bama and UT. So, they've lost to the only 3 good teams they've played.

Aside from that, they are 28th nationally in scoring offense, 37th in passing offense, 28th in scoring defense.

They were a train wreck last year and we couldn't put them away at WB.

I would give us the edge at QB, based on talent alone, but the QB can't execute with an OL and WRs, and it appears we'll be down our top 2 WRs.

A&M has only beaten lousy teams this year, but we are a lousy team, sad to say. The line is 14, and I suspect they'll win by substantially more than that.

In each of Beamer's first 2 seasons, he managed to pull off wins in games nobody thought we could win. This is his last chance to do that this season.

I ain't feeling it. Since it's noon, I'll plan on watching the first half and head outside if the game has already
slipped away from us. Weather where I am is looking pretty good, so...

Side note on the line - I think it might change again if we find out we may have even more players out than
we know about.

Our only hope:

Jimbo's hiney is warm and we have a knack for getting coaches fired. Jimbo should throw this game and become a multi millionaire lol

My biggest reason for someone having hope is you love misery.

Perks of living on the river is I can go from a football Saturday to a fishing Saturday in the blink of an eye.

The only thought I can come up with to raise hope, is remembering the week before the UT game last year.

I suppose you never know when something miraculous will pop up.

Haha, you are correct...receiving pain, not inflicting.

I wish we got to inflict some pain.
Well: to be fair, when Carolina does beat a team not named Vandy or one of the cupcakes, the other team's fans do experience a lot of pain.

Is there a way we could bring back Satterfield and bench him before the game?

So basically you are saying there is no reason for hope?
