.....Take a break from major college football and attend a small college game like Rhodes College or Millsaps, etc. Yes, it's about like a good high school or better quality of play, but those players do not receive schollies to play for their team unless it's need based or academic. They practice just as hard and IMO, play harder than a D1 team. They play for the love of the game. And for the pride of their school. Pretty good entertainment and well coached. And it won't cost you or your family a gazillion dollars to attend a game. In some cases, you can go for free. I went once and thoroughly enjoyed it. We all know what's gonna happen Saturday in Tuscaloosa. The final score will be whatever Nick Saban wants it to be. Just depends on how he feels at that time. No point in trying to figure it all out. Enjoy some football, but support some kids who are playing the game for the sheer joy of getting to play.
