You mentioned "Junior Days" during the "March 1 – April 14 – Quiet Period", but this is during Spring Practice when the coaches are pretty busy with team activities, realizing that the coaches will host recruits to watch some of the Spring practices sessions.

But can Franklin host Junior Days also during the "Jan. 13 – 28 – Contact Period" ??

Also, you mention official visits being allowed April thru June, but can the team host official visits during the "Sept. 1 – Nov. 26 – Evaluation Period" which is basically the actual season.

Yes and Yes. On-campus visits are allowed during evaluation, quiet and contact periods. The dead period is the only time it's not allowed.

Official visits are allowed April 1 to the second to last weekend in June. Then, they start again during the season and can take place at any time from Sept to signing day, outside of the Dec/Jan dead period.
