Agree 100%....he just shoved the dude running towards the returner....I mean come on...that was all acting on the qbs part. Just sad.
We did plenty to lose it but those idiots completely ensured it.

Yep us and LSU both made some bad penalties. But the refs got so fing petty to take 2 TDs from us
Refs have a syndrome where they do badly wanna be a part of the game so they make it happen
Exactly, the game became about the officials instead of the players.
Every official I've ever known has told me ''when I call a game, and nobody knows who I am or that I was even there, I've done my job''.
I would like an explanation on that call. You will see that same situation tonight, tomorrow in NFL and remaining of the season.

The only explanation I can imagine is 1 of the crew has a gambling problem and had money on LSU -7. To have that many catastrophic calls in one half is unheard of.
Will anyone from USC say anything about the bad calls. My bet is no. Sux.

Days like today would be where as a coach I’d have instructed my players to intentionally make hard contact with the refs. Surrounded by 85k pissed off fans, that police escort may have also been lackluster leaving the stadium.

i don’t know but what I saw today was very obvious and blatant. Beamer should be raising hell but he won’t. It’s unfortunate because if you don’t call it out at some point they will keep doing it. These plays should all be reviewable or at least challenged. If they can’t see a receiver a yard out of bounds with two officials calling it a catch how can they be trusted to make PI calls or roughing calls that decide games? Have a review team that reviews all penalties to confirm if it’s a correct call. Better to get it right than what we watched today.
So todays crew apparently are well known as incompetent or corrupt, this crew have multiple past complaints from various Bama and Auburn games. Interestingly, LSU rivals. Hmmm.
