That was his handle on GoGamecocks forums, where he was a fixture and moderator. To those of us who knew him, he was David Young. Gamecock fan for all time. Passed away 12 years ago this past Tuesday. Had some heated discussions with back on GGC, but he was a great dude.

I did not know him. From what you describe, he has a great seat now to watch the games. There are many in my neck of the woods like that. It's sad. Gone, but not forgotten.
