He made a point in one of his shows that has always stuck with me, and I think there is a touch of genius behind it.
He said that all licensed drivers should carry a rubber suction dart gun in their cars. The darts would have a flag attached that says "A**hole". When you see another driver doing something stupid or wacky or dangerous, you fire the dart at the car to make it stick. If a driver has 3 "A**hole" flags on it, the police officer who sees it is obligated to give the driver a ticket for a moving violation, no questions asked.
What a great concept! The rubber suction dart gun business would be Apple Lite.
