Positions #16 just went by the tv viewing stand on ABC. So maybe around 11:55 the BB will be on ABC.

I believe people love seeing floats. And there is nothing like a big marching band blaring out a majestic March. Have you ever been to a parade?
NBC went to commercial and cut the Blue Band short.
Yes, I've been to a few parades. I still didn't get it but I suppose that's my problem. I wish I had it in me to appreciate the entertainment value. But I digress from the OP. I hope the parade is enjoyable for all who see it.
The Blue Band has consistently ranked in the top 10 of college bands.

Nbc chic says look another big football. Not realizing it was Penn state float. Lol
Nbc did cut band short. Abc cut Utah band short but had an extended play for us coming to and turning the corner. 1994 I was on the left side as band turned the corner and came down the street. Dark and cold waiting for it to start but in the end was a bucket list thing to do and was really cool.

Not much more to say than money was coming in on psu pregame. The second half line is around-2.5 for Utah, so bettors have changed their tune.
