Why isn't some NFL team treating their HC, OC and DC like a CEO, COO and CFO?
For example Detroit seemed to have a group that was putting that team on the right track. Now just because of money they have to reload. Top paid coordinators get in the 3 million range. We all know there are great OCs and DCs that are just not HCs. So with such disparity in pay they have little choice not to take the shot at HC. Top HCs are making 15 to 20 mil.
If I was an owner I would hire the 3 separately and they would all be able to get similar pay.
