Don’t care who wins first game, however would enjoy seeing Arkansas end Duke.
This year’s Villanova team has the highest team FTP in history.
Villanova never trailed. Their third final four in the last seven years.
Back in December we came off back-to-back 20-point blowout losses vs Baylor and Creighton. If you told me Villanova was going to the Final Four I'd have said you were nuts.

No. He was on the staff when we made Jay's first Final Four, lost to North Carolina in the semis. Blasted UCLA in the Phila Regional then went to the East finals in Boston, hammered the living hell out of Duke then beat Pitt on the Scottie Reynolds drive. Pat got the head job at Northeastern University afterwards.

my only frustration is not with the outcome. It's that for years (more than a decade), in one of my brackets in the BWI March Madness competition, I pick any Big 5 teams in the competition to make it to the Final Four. It's served me very well in the competition the prior two times in recent years when Nova made the Final Four. Alas, this year I didn't have a lot of confidence in Nova's team, and decided to have a different focus in my "fun" bracket. smh

I was hoping Arky would give Duke a better game. Very good run by them but came up small tonight.
X-Rays negative but it didn't look good at all. If it is an Achilles (which I ruptured in 2018), Moore is toast till next year. Longino had surgery on his meniscus so he's out. The starters are going to have to go 38 minutes apiece. Big opportunity for guys like Antoine and Patterson to step up, although that is a heavy lift.
You’d think this board would be happy that Duke did to Arkansas what Penn State couldn’t. Oh well…now I need to decide whether I want Duke to play the Peacocks or Tar Heels again. I’m thinking Tar Heels. Would be nice to beat Carolina in the Final 4 (but really suck to lose to them).

Damn shame. I think Wright is currently the best coach in CBB. But that will be a tough order to overcome.
