The crowd was basically the difference in the game, accounting for one turnover that led to 7 points. We won by 6.
The atmosphere shown on TV, with the fair in the background as well, was impressive and hopefully recruits took notice of it as well as the game itself!
Had a group of friends charter a bus up there. Most were not Gamecock fans, but are now. One guy said to me when they came back. "There are two of the most enjoyable days in my life, when I was born and that Saturday night. adding he will never forget it."
