"It's a nighttime broadcast, late on a Monday night and it's dark out," Cristil said. "I don't have anyone to drive me back and forth, so it's been a little bit of a struggle the last couple of years."

Can't see to drive home at night, but supposedly can see from his perch in the press box. God bless Jack Cristil. But I really wish he'd retire from calling football games.

I'm sure (hope, anyway) that Jack & Jim as well as Hank Flick have spotters assigned to them. I've been a spotter for high school PA announcers in the past-- keeps things running pretty smoothly I think.

I love Jack as much as the next person but you raise a great point here.
Could this signify the beginning of the end?
