Has anyone else tried to order season tickets through the Dog Tag, and afterwards become convinced there is no way you're going to get what you want?

I wanted to improve my seats, and order another parking pass.

There were three screens for "requests", so I filled out every one.

I probably should have just called the BC like I always have.

The interface is confusing and a real pain in the ***. But it does work (or at least it generated a confirmation saying it took my money). They could have done a much better job designing it.

I ordered mine a few weeks ago and I feel the same way. I am only hoping that I get what I asked for. I called the Bulldog Club last week or so and asked them about the assignments, they said they would start getting things straightened out around July so I don't think there is any choice right now but to sit around and wait.

I got the confirmations saying it charged my card.

My problem is, I didn't want exactly what I ordered last year, but that is what I paid for with a "request" for my changes.

It's odd. Had I wanted fewer tickets, what could I have done? I didn't see an option for reducing your tickets.

It was confusing but I feel like everything went through ok. The request part was weird. I still don't understand why tickets and parking passes had to be ordered totally separate from each other, then you had to go in and request placement after ordering with each. Hopefully they will refine this system, but ordering tickets online is a major step up for our athletic department, obviously. I would say the request online is no less certain than on the ticket form. Either way we are counting on the MSU employees to accurately and fairly meet our requests as best they can, which is anything but certain.</p>

Does anyone have any idea how to cancel an order on My Dog Tag? I accidentally ordered two season tickets too many.

I looked all over the stupid website and didn't see anything and the Bryan Building has not been busy.

I wanted to order a seat cushion and request a move. There is no option to edit your form online. I asked if it was possible to put all requests in the comments box and was told that to make any additions or changes to my form, I had to mail it in.

If they could just change that feature, it would be great. I wasn't going to risk creating a new order form. So I filled out the one they mailed me and let them know it's on the way.

AA - hopes to get his new seat request
