Honestly, in Kung Pao Chicken is a revelation. I was a strict General Tso's/Sesame Chicken/Lo Mein guy until I randomly tried some Kung Pao Chicken - lifechanging. Peanuts in savory dishes FTW (looking at you too Pad Thai!).
