Severe threat today

I got some of it about mid-afternoon. Wasn't at home at the time, but had quite a bit of damage when two large poplar trees lost their tops about a third of the way down and landed on my house. One outside heat pump unit was dented badly, as well as a brick enclosure was destroyed. There doesn't appear to be any roof damage but my gutter was ripped off along with a facia board. Debris is everywhere, and it broke the railing on my deck, as well as destroying some equipment on the deck. Fortunately, there was no wind damage and there doesn't appear to be any leaks. Some of the limbs/trunks are maybe 12 inches in diameter, so it's a job for the pros and will necessitate an insurance filing. All in all, it could have been a lot worse. Looks like there'll be another chance tomorrow.
