Shameful Stat while watching the USC= LSU game.

Effing ESPN. The SEC network I mean. They have no agreement with the Big Ten. They do with the SEC. They put that up as a show of strength. It's sickening when you consider the opponents.
If those teams don't want to get blown out, they shouldn't play teams that they can't compete with just for a pay check.
The problem is that everyone knows the lopsided opponents scores.
Only these guys can politicize conferences the first week of the season.
I hate being "that guy," but it's been a while since I've seen someone miss the point this badly. The margin isn't the issue. It's ESPN's propaganda for the SEC.
Of course they should. But when the SEC was actually shown up this weekend and this is what they put on the ticker, their shamelessness should also be laughed at.
Who got shown up? LSU and aTm? Both lost to pretty good teams and LSU is handicapped by having Kelly as its HC. Florida? They haven't been good for a while.
Agree, but that’s also not South Carolina and Arkansas getting beat up, those are traditionally among the teams the SEC fans cite to demonstrate their superiority. So yes, I think when LSU, Texas A&M, and Florida all get beat by non-con teams in the same weekend and that represents 3 of the 4 meaningful games the conference had, that’s being shown up. It’s just one weekend, but it was a bad one.
