"It's going to happen outside of court," said Max Manoogian, an attorney for Angelo Grose. "There is going to be no criminal responsibility whatsoever. There are no admissions being made, no pleas being tendered."”

Just my .02, the defense lawyer might serve his clients better if he waits until after the adjudication before taking a victory lap. His comments seem very condescending and really dismissive of the acts of his clients. I wonder if UM and the victims were consulted on these deals.
