The QB has an unfair advantage in these situations. A tackler has to make a decision and doesn't know if the QB is staying up or sliding feet first or head first.

Just give the QBs flags.

It was almost the same thing that happened to us vs Dart. There is no way to tackle a qb in either situation, are you supposed to let them just get the 1st down? I get the intent of the rule but there needs to be a change in cases where a defender can't stop and the qb is diving, sliding.

These D1 football players are extremely fast. You don't get but a split second to make a decision or he is past you

That FSU QB didn't slide until he was within a few steps of the UF guys.
