Huge disappointmnet after a great great game. Obvious that the ft line was a big part of the loss. Our players had a lot of step-up momnets, but not enough in the end.

Still, the way we played shows we've got some real post-season potential, esp. as the game was at Vandy. No excuses for outplaying them and losing. Not good to let one man beat you. But man, what a game.</p>

are up by 3. However, I think Stans did the right thing in light of our bad free throw shooting. If you foul, Vandy makes 2 and we probably make 1. So then, we are only up 2 with about 10 seconds left and Vandy has the ball.

In short, what I am saying is that you only employ that tactic when you have someone that you KNOW can knock down 2 free throws.
