He’s got Rutgers bowl eligible already this season and looks good to win eight games. He’s in his fourth year of his second stint at Rutgers and is 18-25, which doesn’t look impressive until you consider the four years prior to him arriving they were 9-39. He has, for the second time, built Rutgers into a respectable program. He also was Ohio State’s defensive coordinator for a few years and was named the nation’s top recruiter one of those seasons. I’d take him over Tom Herman and Clay Helton, that’s for sure.
