Snow balls

Did anyone see the snow ball that landed about 2' from Atlanta's running back right before the snap on Matt Ryan's game winning TD pass?

Is there a penalty or anything that can be called for fan interference on stuff like that?

I don't know about a penalty but I heard he took off all his Jets gear after they lost and didn't wear his Jersey to work either!!
