And if the reports of her net worth being higher are accurate, then it’s likely to be a relatively clean financial break. Frankly, I wonder whether that makes a divorce an easier option here…they can both afford to just walk away and share the kids.

If her claims of feeling like a “football widow” are accurate, then that marriage isn’t long for the world. Tommy may retire, but he ain’t walking away from football. He’ll be the next Tony Romo doing broadcasts on the road. He’s so competitive that I can also see him going into coaching or the GM business like Elway.
