Someone give me the history with osullivan

I know something happened during the season with him. On the first replay, I thought mingione tripped the guy, but after the second replay, he didn't. It was obvious the catcher was going to make the play, so no reason for mingione to make a big effort to get out of the coaches box. osullivan reminds me of don zimmer. runs around like he is going to kick everyone's *** until someone shows up to call him on it.
