I'll be conservative: 4-8. But ask me again in August after there's a complete roster and the conference schedule dates are released.

I did not realize they went 1-11. His luggage comments are more justified than I originally thought. I was thinking they were harsh, but all bets are off after a 1-11 season.

He has to completely flip that roster. Not having a losing season would be impressive. Plus ya gotta think Sheduer was good at JSU but he is gonna have a whole nother level of CB, Safeties and don't forget that pass rush. JSU was a lot better than the competition. Colorado will not be

Next year we should have a pick deions record thread before the season.

I’ll go ahead and say 6-6 at best. Possibly 4-8 or 3-9.
I am hesitant to call this until I see how the roster shapes up. I think it could be anywhere between here to Pluto from a record standpoint.

That's a pretty tough schedule. Unless some miracle working happens in the portal, anything more than 3/4 wins might be a miracle. These dudes got smoked most every game this year.

Colorado State, Stanford, Arizona, and Arizona State.

Nebraska is also a possibility considering they play early in the season.
I agree. Arizona went from 1-11 in 2021 to 5-7 this year with what I’m guessing is an easier schedule than Colorado, but Deion is going to have a better roster, and probably good coordinators. He might get 6 depending on who he gets for assistants. Is he limited to 25 new players per year?

For the next two years they can replace the entire 85 man roster if they want. No limit.

But that would be 3 years worth of recruiting in 45 days

If they go from 1-11 to 6-6, that's one hell of a turnaround. Shoot, even 4-8 would be a step in the right direction after 1-11.
The main point I’m making is people need to pump the brakes on Deion. Seen quite a few comments around about auburn should have hired him.

Big difference in talent level between what he did at jsu and talent disparity in the sec.

Taking a job like Colorado was the right move for Deion and other schools similar to Auburn’s situation.

So I know 2nd hand there was a deal in place at JSU that the money JSU made from all the media attention and increase in ticket sales, etc... Deion got his cut of that increase. I think in his own mind he should be the highest paid coach in college football and eventually the highest paid coach in the NFL. In the NFL he went to 5 different teams with that mindset. Pay me.
