This season is going to be very disappointing (already is). A lot of hype & supposed promise about this team, but it will finish 14 or worse in the conference. We have 1 really good player & about 2 SEC caliber players. Our roster very well might couldn't win the SoCon. I had high hopes after last season. I fear it may have just been a flash in the pan.
Alabama is so much better than us, but why are the referees always clowns? all they have to do is call games the same on both ends. Let them beat the hell out of each other or call touch fouls. Don’t treat the teams differently.
Yea - that’s my issue - looks like once Bama got a comfortable lead they started calling it about the same. Second half has been called pretty good - 1st half was just plain out awful
Would 10 times rather see Butler playing vs Conyers. Why do you spend the entire preseason not bringing anyone along and then play him so many minutes tonight. Also Cam Scott needs to develop quickly. I watch freshman on other teams like Alabama look like seasoned veterans. It’s time to gain some confidence and play basketball. The game didn’t change.
