They do and Starkville High pulled a coup by hiring Mark Monaghan, a SHS Alum, from Desoto Central as head baseball coach. Would hope that path would benefit the Diamond Dawgs in the long run

Desoto Central was dominate while he was there. Lot of Desoto County people were sad to see him go
