It’s been over for a bit. I understand to a small degree how some could have some optimism coming into this year but I think that’s more heart than reality. I bet a friend a $100 during the summer that 3 was their ceiling for wins, but admittedly thought they would lose to Toledo as well. He was ready to Venmo me the money at the end of the first half Saturday night 😂. Seriously though we do have some talent on the team, just not enough of it and our schemes just flat out suck and we are very poorly coached. I think the fanbase needs to turn the heat up on stoops letting him know somehow someway it’s time for him to go. I can’t even imagine how bad next year would look on the field and the vitriol from the fanbase toward him.

Hasn't had a pulse since the ole miss loss n 2022. That team should have easily went 9 and 3 again but also went on to lose to sc and vandy.

Credit to Stoops for raising expectations somewhat that back to back 7 and 5 win seasons didn't excite many n 2022 and 2023. Last year and this year are disasters. I don't see things changing n 2026 and beyond either.
