Penn State wrestler Alex Facundo was one of the many current and former Nittany Lions competing in the U.S. Open recently. He won gold.

R1 Consolations, he bested Joseph Haynes, 13-2 (I think he was a freshman at UVA this past year, and was a 2X State Champ from Michigan)
R2 Consolations, he bested Dominic DeAltonaga, 10-0 (he's a freshman at Vanguard University)
R3 Consolations, he bested Nicholas Gonzales, 10-0 (I think he's at Air Force Prep; don't know his year)
R4 Consolations, he bested Richie Figueroa, by injury default (Figs is a freshman at ASU, was a 3X Calif. State Champ, won silver @ 48 KG Cadet Worlds)
R5 Consolations, he bested Gary Steen, 12-1 (Steen is a freshman at PSU)

oops, appears that auto-correct messed it up. I keyed in vin and didn't notice that it was changed to pin. I'll correct it
