Maybe. If UT goes to Athens and wins - that'll be impressive.

It's going to be a mess if we have 11/12-1 UT, UGA and Bama after the dust settles in December. Not sure how many L's I see coming for those 3 teams outside of each other. Bama in Oxford or UGA in Starkville seem like the most likely chances.

There’s a very realistic chance your scenario of three one loss SEC teams plays out, plus you could have the Ohio State/Michigan loser also sitting at 11-1. Plus an undefeated Clemson probably isn’t getting left out.

The CFP Committee will take into consideration scheduling unlike those AP voters on the West Coast.

This is exactly why we need a 12 team playoff. Kind of glad we don't this year though, because you know who would likely be in it.
