BAMA again not into a non-CFP game

Kansas State wants to play and Bama cares less as usual.

Don't under estimate Kansas State. Very well coached and they always play smart. And besides, they beat a CFP team. Bama has not beaten a top 10 ranked team this year.

My dad always called this "selling TV time". 3 minute drive answer, Bama cuts the lead to 10-7.

Of course, the major issues with Bama this year in their losses was the defense holding up.

KSU calls time out after Alabama's first play inside the 5. I knew that was going to lead to a Bama TD. Just get into the locker room after missing on the 4th down play.

Exactly! They then let Bama go 98 yards in just over a minute.

10 minutes off the clock doesn't help when Bama can score like that. Should have kicked it on any of the 4th downs that were in a 10/10 guys range. Franklin gets eat alive for this stuff. And for good reason.

Take. The. Points.

It will be interesting to see how TCU does. This K St team beat them in the Big 12 championship game.

I fear this is how the playoffs are going to look. Sounds nice to let 12 teams in, but there are only really 4 to 6 teams who are really, really good.
These athletes on Bama are just unbelievable. Every time I watch them play a whole game I feel like they are just in another league.

I really dislike Alabama but they are the best team in the country. We will see that at draft time again.

I was thinking the opposite. A playoff can’t come soon enough for me. I want to let the teams decide it on the field.

Now we have a committee that just excludes teams the minute they have 2 losses and rewards teams with good records even if based on soft schedules.

TCU lost to this K St team in the big 12 championship but were given a playoff spot anyway over this Alabama team simply based on record.

Now 35-10 Alabama in the 3rd.

What we’re seeing today is more of an indictment of the committe’s bad decisions. Expanded playoffs will at least right that ship. But I still think there are only a few really really good teams.

Alabama is probably as good as Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, and TCU. Their 2 losses were by a total of 4 points.
