My guess (emphasis on guess) is like anyone else they've read up on him and his philosophy on how to play the game.
That style may not necessarily suit the game skills they were recruited for.

Hopefully, it will be more stable, but the portal being what it is these days, we'll probably be seeing more outgoing / incoming than we would like, but that will be the case with almost every other school as well.

And we all need to be mindful of this. I hope for less turnover under Paris than under Martin, but expect more under Paris an any of us would like. It's a sign of the portal and the times.

Well.....

We always say a new coach can't really get his program off and running until he gets his own players into the program. So maybe this'll help that process move along quicker???? Because, it seems that it'll have to.......
