Take any one player of another SEC West team for ours.

I limit it to the West because it seems the East is too easy. Hell if I were to ask for the Top 5 players in the SEC my list my be completely from the East.

I can't think of CB worth taking to replace Johnson. I considered Tyson Jackson b/c we need someone to get to the passer, but Im really not that concerned about the defense. WR and QB were my first thoughts but no one really gets me excited. We can always use someone to replace Brown and we can use anything that will improve our offense that is not affected by the play calling.

then Andre Smith.

Oher is your 3rd or 4th best o-linemen. You can sell that **** somewhere else.

2nd place would go to either Greg Hardy or Demetrius Byrd.

A large number of Ole Miss fans, including some current and former staff members would agree with me.

No doubt Oher has the most potential, but on sheer performance to date.....I'd list it as: Jerry/Miller, then either Neely or Oher.

It is a simple topic. He picked his player and you have to question it, try starting that topic on a board labeled..."I give a flying **** about your opinion."

over Oher shows your Great White Hope love...

Jerry, Miller, Oher, whatever C, Neely.

Also, Hardy absolutely owned Andre Smith last year to the tune of 3 sacks.

It wasn't a pissing contest.

I just think the above poster is misinformed about our team.

I would imagine if I said _____ Bulldog and you had another player better, I would be corrected too.

Also, by me saying Oher isn't our best lineman, I am in no way saying any of them are great because not a single

one of them can hang with our DL.

No, I included Neely because he plays smart and has excellent technique and footwork.

From my perspective as a Rebel, I'm taking Pegues. If we're talking for only 1 year, I'm going with a senior and one that's at a position of need for us. I feel like DB is our weakest spot, and I feel like Pegues is the best player in the West at that position.

I assume you do remember why we didn't convert the 4th and 1 against MSU.

Neely was as much a part of it as Oher.

Go back and watch the video and watch Neely try to double team someone that was being blocked just fine...go through the hole...find nobody, and then do nothing.

I assume you know that one play doesn't define one's season or career or ability...but a multitude does...such as getting blown off the ball 2 times in a row, and multiple times after that, on the goalline.

Miller or Neely before Oher? Agree with 8 dog, sell that **** somewhere else. You could make a case for Jerry, but that is it.

I would take a left tackle, full back or tight end. The only position I know a name that I'd like to have is Richard Dickson, TE-LSU.

4 of the 5 linemen are from the West.

OL: Jonathan Luigs, Arkansas
OL: Andre Smith, Alabama
OL: Anthony Parker, Tennessee
OL: Michael Oher, Ole Miss
OL: Herman Johnson, LSU

Pick one and place him in the LT spot.

we really need a playmaker on offense. I'm thinking Trindon Holliday from LSU.

I waxed floors at Jackson Academy with Neely several years ago, and I can attest to his excellent footwork. He also has a biting sense of humor and a cute butt.
