This would be akin to taking our best coach and moving them to the AD role ( and yes, I know it was Tanner’s goal to become an AD). Both positions have been markedly worse for it. Dawn should stay precisely where she is for the next 20yrs after which she can retire from USC as the winningest coach at SC ever, and absolute GOAT.

IMO, Dawn feels a strong desire to mold young women and grow WBB. I really think she thinks that's why she was placed here. Perhaps she'll talk to the folks in Athens and make recommendations if asked.
