Met Coach Bowden at a men's church retreat back in February and had a chance to have some conversations with him. Really good guy!

He looked like the curmudgeon from the movie Up during the ULM vs Mississippi game.

I met him one time after a member of his staff at Akron was killed in a car wreck. My take from that day was that he was just a dude who loves being a football coach and everything it involves.

It was my nephew Alan "Tank" Arrington who died. Christmas Eve 2013
