Most of the stories are pretty long but here's a good short one from Jason White, Heisman-winning QB for Oklahoma:

A few weeks later in January 1999, Stoops called White at home and told him he’d hired Kentucky offensive coordinator Mike Leach. Stoops asked White to find a way to watch the Wildcats’ film. “I immediately fell in love,” White said. When White took his official recruiting visit after Leach arrived, he walked into Leach’s office and remembers hearing the sentence every QB melts over.White, like Gordon, cleared his voice to do his Leach impression.

“We’ll run it,” White imitated, “when we have to.”
