The Daves vs. Pam Ward

Who would you rather call the SEC games?

To me, this is a no brainer... I'm going the daves...

Edited to say: I meant that we get to keep the sweet ESPN deal. Just picking the commentators.

With Pam Ward, you at least have the option of HD. With the Daves, you have a broadcast done in Technicolor. I also won't here the same opening song from some band pimping their CD. I did like that opening song last year, but I got sick of it quickly. The only thing I worry about is the Daves know the SEC top to bottom. They know tendencies, crowds, players, etc. ESPN will have some guy in the booth call us the Rebels or Mississippi. Neal or Archer wouldn't do that.

Ward, Rod Gilmore, etc. Hopefully some of the better basketball commentators (Jimmy Dykes) will do these games. At least Dykes is from Arkansas and knows something about the SEC. However, I guarantee you the three Daves will crawl on their knees to try to get a game.
